Release Stress- Herbal Tea & Bath

Release stress is our one tea blend to not take lightly. Here we bring you mugwort, lavender, oat straw, lemongrass and stJohns wort. A mix of highly effective herbs when it comes to antianxiety and stress along with a touch of aid in depression. Now there is such thing as too much of a good thing my loves, so make sure you are following the instructions on the back of the bag.  In moderation is key.
